5 Women Wearing the Same Dress

Anna Botsford is one of 5 Women Wearing the Same Dress!

5 Women Wearing the Same Dress is a wonderful and fun play to be a part of.  I am so happy to have this opportunity and hope the Sturgis community will come out for an amazing night of comedy during our weeks of performance.  Though shocking and risque at times- it is a heartwarming show with a very smart script.  I hope to see you there!

– Anna Botsford, Theater West

A comedy by Alan Ball, Cotuit Center for the Arts – September 13-30, 2012

During an ostentatious wedding reception at a Knoxville, Tennessee, estate, five reluctant, identically clad bridesmaids hide out in an upstairs bedroom, each with her own reason to avoid the proceedings below.   As the afternoon wears on, these five very different women joyously discover a common bond in this wickedly funny, irreverent and touching celebration of the women’s spirit.  Written by Alan Ball, the creator of Six Feet Under, True Blood, and American Beauty.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening performances at 8pm; Sunday matinees at 4pm

Tickets: $22/$19 Seniors/$17 Members/$15 Students. Group rates available for parties of 10 or more with one payment.
